Bentleigh RSL Volunteers are normally selling at many shopping centres, on street corners and in the community but sadly last year this was not the case. This year you will see us at a number of  locations from April 19-24.

  • Southland Shopping Centre - Level 1
  • Woolworths Bentleigh
  • Woolworths Dingley Village
  • Bunnings Moorabbin
  • Bentleigh Shopping Centre
  • Links Shopping Centre South Oakleigh
  • IGA, East Bentleigh
  • Bentleigh, Ormond and Patterson Railway Stations
  • Melbourne CBD, Elizabeth Street, Collins Street
  • Plus at Bentleigh RSL and Cheltenham RSL reception

Our volunteers mean a great deal to us, supporting the RSL twice a year, committing their time selling for the ANZAC Appeal and Poppy Appeal. This is a challenging time for everyone but please remember to support the 2021 ANZAC Appeal so we can continue all the work we do for our veterans and members.

Donate here now to support veterans and their families during a very challenging time. Your gift can help provide veterans with crisis accommodation, emergency financial help, or physical and mental health support. With your help, we will honour the sacrifices they have made for us. With your help, the ANZAC tradition of looking after each other will live on.

Volunteering with the RSL will-

• Offer you meaningful opportunities for service and utilising your skills and experiences.

• Allow you to meet new people and build friendships.

• Make a difference in the lives of those who have served our country.

Our aim is to find a volunteer role that best matches your skills and experience ensuring the contribution you make is meaningful to both you and the RSL.

Most Veteran Support Roles require volunteers to undergo a National Police Check for Aged Care. Some Veteran Support roles such as Welfare Officers and Pensions Advocates require volunteers to undergo specialised accredited training.
